Jo has been creating food for 20 years in the hospitality industry . She has worked in a number of Ballarat Hotels, Restaurants, Function Rooms and Cafe’s .
Jo has a passion for food and a creative touch, she believes in the freshes of ingredients and using other local Ballarat business incorporated into her own.
She’s hoping she can bring creativity and value to your next function.

COMMERCIAL CATERING
Jo’s catering specialises in commercial catering small or big with a range of hot and cold
hourderves, sandwiches and sweets with an extensive range of special dietary needs menus.
Delivered fresh to your door with complimentary dipping sauce’s and serviettes.
PRE PREPARED FINGERFOOD
The Pre-prepared finger food menu is an easy alternative for the busy person who likes to
entertain , but has not got the time.
We will cook and pack your finger food and deliver to your door with directions on reheating .
Your food it is as simple as that all you have to do is heat and serve and it comes complete with
complementary dipping sauces and serviettes.
Jo’s catering can also heat and serve to your guests at an additional cost ,

PLATTER FOOD
Platter food is great easy way to feed your guests we have a large range to choose from from
chicken to antipasto and seafood if you like to mingle with your guests this is great as the
guests help themselves with no fuss and there is little to clean up at the end of the night as
there is no need for plates. Great for 18th and 21st

ORGANISED BBQ
Jo’s catering will do the shopping for you, using the best Butchers, Bakers and Salad
makers, all delivered to your door . All you have to do is unpack and cook on your BBQ.
Jo’s catering supplies all you need for a BBQ, meat, salads, bread, plates, cutlery and
sauces.
Jo’s catering will deliver, set up, cook and clean the BBQ at an additional cost.

PRE PREPARED DINNER PARTIES
Love to entertain but have no time? Jo’s catering will prepare your dinner party food
starting with hors d'oeuvres to dessert. All food comes packed with directions all ready to go in
the oven or in the steamer . Desserts can be taken straight from the fridge to the dinner table ,
with the addition of a dollop of cream . It’s that easy your friends will think you have
slaved for days over a 3-4 course meal. For those romantic guys out there this is just perfect
for Valentines Day or popping that Question . Jo can help you organise your romantic night.

SWEET CREATIONS
Jo’s catering has an extensive range of cakes, slices and biscuits as well as a sweet tooth platter which is great for morning or afternoon tea, were you get a taste of miniature sweet tooth creations. A selection of miniature sweet creations e.g. rum balls, choc moose cups, yogurt jelly slice and a cheese cakes berry tart just perfect for the sweet tooth. It is a treasure chest full of surprises. There are approx 6 different varieties .
